An off-duty Louisiana police officer shot a 14-year-old boy in the head after he woke up to a noise outside his home, authorities said.
Jefferson Parish Sheriff Joe Lopinto identified the homeowner as an officer with another police agency.
This needs a psychiatric general counseling to all the citizens in that area to combat hatred crimes and all kinds of evil noises into that area.

The man saw several juveniles in his front yard and 'during that incident ended up shooting the 14-year-old,'. . . The boy is hospitalized in critical condition. The other juveniles involved fled, but police have been able to identify them and have spoken to some of them. Damn.

I obviously don’t know all of the circumstances, but isn’t part of the reason we pay car insurance to protect us in the event our car is stolen? I honestly can’t fathom shooting someone over stealing my car. It can be replaced.
