On Monday and Tuesday, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter tried to put out a misinformation wildfire. A viral video, which touted the discredited coronavirus remedy hydroxychloroquine and claimed that people don’t need to wear masks, caught the attention of millions of users, leading the platforms to remove posts of the video and ban accounts. One of those users was Donald Trump Jr.
Lol. Bullshit. Twitter suspends private citizens for saying 'mother fucking racist rednecks'.. For seven days. Public pressure, not politics, is what's at work here. As it should be.
This virus was politicized bc of the left. Shut down the economy? Keep kids at home? No other countries are keeping kids at home for school. HCQ+ works and is cheap. Why demonize it? No church but ok to bars and casinos? This is about hurting Trump, by now and we see it.
