This year’s sign ups and last week’s case decision are not related. Like at all.
People need health care. Someone will pay for it. You either figure something out using existing successful global models or society will pay tons out of taxpayer pockets. People will go to the hospitals. Whether or not they have money for it.
It's as if Americans like the ACA despite Republican warnings that it was created by satan to destroy our souls. I'm still patiently waiting for the 'replace' part of their 'repeal and replace' promise.

You all should really put that it was a Texas judge who ruled it unconstitutional so people know that it's stupid.
Where’s the $2,500 savings per year that Obama promised repeatedly when selling America the ACA? Still waiting. My premiums went up by $1,400/yr and deductible tripled. Co-pays doubled. Such BS. Need nationwide competition like auto and life insurance, dismantle the oligopolies.
Sure Zer0bamacare beats expectations. They destroy all the other insurance that they were unable to compete with. That's a no brainer. they mandate a law and there surprise about the outcome. They stink.
Um why is this still referred to as the 'Obama health law' versus it's real name, The Affordable Care Act or ACA? We don't say 'The FDR social security law' when referring to Social Security or the LBJ Voting Rights Act when referring to that law.
It's declining...everyone hates it.
