Judge Amit Mehta has summoned lawyers following the publishing of an interview with Michael Sherwin.

Caldwell, Watkins and Crowl are among several Oath Keepers members to be charged in connection to the attack. The Oath Keepers are an explicitly anti-government militia group whose members are preparing forTrump supporters clash with police and security forces as people try to storm the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 in Washington, D.C.
