The suspect was booked for criminal mischief. Two women were also arrested -- one for making graffiti on a police car and the other for assaulting a cop.
Of course they were fairly peaceful, but it the offers has been white our cities would all be burning. I am sad this young man died from a brutal beating, but his mother is wrong. He was not compliant, he ran from police and he himself escalated the situation.
What about the looting in Memphis! They broke into a store
