Thirty-one of the people taken to hospitals suffered serious injuries, and 19 people were treated at the scene, according to the television station. Approximately 200 FDNY members are operating on scene of a 5-alarm fire at 333 East 181 Street in the Bronx. There are currently 31 serious injuries to civilians.

It will enable anyone who has been legally living and working in the city for 30-days to register and vote in local elections. Bravo progress! I think 30 days is too short a window to influence local elections, but I agree that actual permanent or long term residents of the city should be able to vote on local issues regardless of fed status.
