How the graphics card would sit in your case could go two ways. If the PCB is flat then sitting against the cooler above and having the PCI bracket at the end as in the first photo would require a case with a vertical graphics card mount, but without a need for a PCI-E riser cable - the graphics card would slot directly into the motherboard....
The placement of the power connector has plagued its cards since the RTX 3000-series, with the side mount proving to be tricky to deal with in terms of cable tidying and building a clean-looking PC. as the PCB would sit next to the motherboard and if it has its own angled connector, could sit parallel to it, this might make hiding the power cables easier. At the very least it shows that Nvidia is considering a different PCB design, and with that, hopefully a better-placed power connector.
