So the qualifications for being a teacher are being an adult? I see a ton of issues. There has to be a better solution. I can think of a couple.

So I guess being a teacher is really that easy?
Don't substitute teacher get passed around from one classroom to the next? How exactly will that be better than having a teacher assigned to the same group of kids? This way, a sick teacher could potentially infect a much larger group of kids in a shorter time. SMH.

In our district no shortage of teachers or subs yet. Classes haven’t been canceled. Maybe bc all 13,000 students, teachers and staff wear masks indoors.

Not just omicron. This is the result of years of neglect and low pay. Our state is an extremist conservative trainwreck. If we weren't part of the United States we would be a third world country.

Guess what. Where I live, my kids haven't been back to school since Christmas. They haven't missed a single day of school. Virtual classrooms work too. But, you do you!
