Anyone looking to celebrate the fall and winter holidays without spreading COVID-19 should consider a window fan or a walk-by greeting, the CDC says. 'You can use a window fan in one of the open windows to blow air out of the window,' the agency says.

That's the message today from CDC. Tune in tomorrow. Or the next day.

Yeah sure that will work really great here in the adirondacks, instead we will keep it low key just like last year

Lessons from the Spanish flu

Well that should work well in…Cleveland, in winter. 🙄

Seems like an ominous message …

Or get vaccinated!

How are there 2 separate realities here. After seeing hundreds of thousands of protesters all across the world, seeing full stadiums at football games, and Covid cases declining...why do people still believe anything from these people stoking fear and misery?

Last Thanksgiving, with nobody vaccinated, we did a small dinner with just one other household invited. We opened literally every window in the house for a good cross-breeze, and wore a lot of sweaters. Food unfortunately got cold quickly, but we didn't die.

So people passing by get hit with covid laden air?

What kind of horseshit is this?

😆

Stop living in fear

I am vaccinated, this doesn't apply to me.

Glad to see the CDC has given up as well, welcome to the club y’all, we’ve over this shit too👍

This is getting to be ridiculous.

Here’s what I think of you and your STUPID suggestion NPR 🖕🏽

ScottAdamsSays

That’s stupid! You need a positive pressure room not negative. A fan would only push air out and create - air flow.

What about air purifier?!

this is what it's come to...

Or, alternatively get vaccinated and move on. Stop listening to insane COVID zero ideas and just enjoy your life.

With complete genuineness why are mass sporting and entertaining venues acceptable but family holiday time isn't

Or stop gaslighting?

At this point, it feels like the CDC meets on the first of each month with a mad-lib book and takes it from there

😂😂😂😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Not in New England. A bit too cold here.

I’m sure the gas company would be thrilled with me having a window open and a fan blowing the heat out.

DAF

No thanks.

Cue all the right wingers yelling “they’re trying to ruin Christmas!”
