GOP did this on purpose to force agendas through. Hope GOP judges realize they don't have to be GOP puppets & there's nothing GOP can do about it. Instead do what is truly right for the nation, not your personal opinions, not what GOP is trying to manipulate & force SCOTUS to do.
Oh well, you know how it is, everyone with a constituency needs to put on a show indicating that they're trying even though the power dynamics was settled at the election.
Either way the cases are decided, people will complain. Conservatives - court is too liberal, stacked with RINO’s Progressives - court is too conservative, stack it with progressives
These aren't the 'biggest' issues, they're just the ones the right has whipped their supporters into a frenzy about.
It is time we put a 5 year Term for Justices in place. At the pace of change now, after 5 years, new perspectives are needed. This would also save us from the endless Fascist term we are looking at.
I guess when it comes down to it the conservative justices would rather advance their agenda than actually do their jobs as independent arbiters of the law. That 40% approval rate is going to drop further. scotus

If we're talking about separation of church and state, I recommend looking at history curriculums around the country and how they are Christian biased
Time to expand the court. And investigate certain bank accounts. Who paid Kavanaughs debts off, for starters.
