If you purposefully exclude the rates of offending people fighting with police it’s an important factor in the equation
When violence is rampant throughout black communities in this country is it surprising that they have far more violent confrontations with police? Feel free to look at crime statistics for violent crime. Reporting without context is dishonest.
The 3.5x rate is a BS because it is the aggregation of all deaths from all zip codes and all the populations regardless of the % of each ethnic group. If using such an approach you can invent all kinds of creative conclusions.
Police also kill men at 19.5x the rate of women. How meaningful is that?

NPR Cookie Consent and Choices60% of gun deaths are self inflicted. What in the hell would any of this have to do with the constitutional right enshrined in the Second Amendment? I'm more concerned about the inability for the government or academia to study gender and trans issues. The fear of learning something that goes against the narrative is silencing a whole generation of researchers.
