Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito launched a litany of acerbic barbs at critics of the Supreme Court's so-called shadow docket on Thursday.

Forgive me if I don’t believe a SC justice, who stated it is time to revisit Roe v Wade, is being completely honest about a decision supporting these goals.

What was his speaking fee?

This is what justice under religious laws looks like. Haven't learned anything from history since they only want to teach the good stuff but what is the definition of good. Good is not taking away a woman's rights.

Lol, sure Sam.

👎👎👎👎👎💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

This dude’s true colors are showing. That he will vote on issues effecting the welfare and rights of we the people is alarming and we can’t do anything about it. Keep up the critiques he and the Court deserve.

This man has a full time job working for conservatives: Writes laws for them, disseminates their views, and criticizes those who oppose him in public! Believing that the law is neutral or beyond political or ideological interests is naïve, dumb or hypocritical.

They are so political.

Seems a bit thin-skinned to be a S.C. justice. The “critics”’are just calling balls and strikes.

Funny that Justice Amy Coney Barrett recently assured people that the supreme court justices were not “political hacks”. Yet here is Justice Alito being a political hack. For shame.

He is a good argument for term limits

A bit touchy, no?

He thinks the complaints are politically motivated while pretending their decisions aren’t politically motivated

He needs to retire he does not believe in the constitution

Yes of course, it’s always silly to ask for the light of day to be let in, as opposed to sneaking around conniving things in the shadow of darkness.

¿¡WHY DOES A SHADOW DOCKET EXIST AT ALL!? Its very existence sounds shady at best, potentially seditious at worst & seems to serve back room deals, special interests, & generally hiding malfeasance even if what they do is technically legal. BRING LIGHT TO THE SHADOWS

Yeah. SC term limits

Yeah, but has he addressed this, yet?

Forrest says, 'Sneaky is as sneaky does.'

Scalito! Poor thing!!

Nothing like more criminals on the court(used to be supreme court), that's gone!!!
