‘shapeshift’ implies animals evolve traits in their lifetimes, perpetuating false ideas about how evolution works. drastic changes in environment cause much of a species’ population to die; the ones who survive due to beneficial mutations reproduce, passing on their mutation.

So they’ll just be providing the entire community with free supplies. Don’t think students won’t be grabbing them for family and to sell elsewhere. They’d be crazy not to. I’ve never understood why this was such an issue. If you can provide restrooms with toilet paper and paper towels, you can provide them with tampons. If providing menstrual products is going to break the bank, you have bigger problems to be worrying about.
