Stop making the American tax payer responsible for infrastructure. If the cooperate big wigs aren't going to pay their fair share then they should be the ones providing infrastructure. After all, they earned all that money off the backs of taxpayers. Least they could do.

Dems shouldn't worry about support from Republicans who are against any type of progress for anyone who isn't wealthy. They need to get their own outliers to see the light & get this done. Period.
The federal government can pay for whatever it wants. The only constraints that apply to an infrastructure package are our the available resources within our economy to handle the extra spending
How to pay for it isn’t an afterthought. It’s really the most important part.
Eliminate the filibuster and at the very least DISCUSS IT!
