This is a non story.
I was part of three surgeries that resulted in death or loss of limb from the surgeons incompetence. It's been 10 years and I'm still haunted by it. I see there faces like yesterday

Lol. America is currently hoarding vaccines and preventing generic production. Most of the non-white world is still dying from covid and economies are shut down but the bloody Americans have moved onto their usual emo faux PTSD mode. Could you all please just shut up?

My guilt is with having entrusted my Mom’s safety to her long term facility. They instituted a lockdown to prevent visitors from bringing the virus in, but an agency nurse did anyway. My Mom was among at least two dozen who died from the virus. I will never forgive myself😢
When Humans are bored they develop all sorts of mental issues.

I think this applies to vaccinated folks who have pleaded with family/friends to get the shot. however they didn’t and died from covid complications. grief associated with the thought that the vaxx’d could have done more to save their family

I think your initial sentence is just incorrect. Anyone in an accident where some one else died or who survives an illness that is terminal for a high percentage of patients feels it. Family/friends of suicides, too. Of course Covid survivors feel it.
You say that like this pandemic had not been a catastrophic event. It has.
