No need in getting a vaccination when there is still 150 Million unvaccinated people waltzing about daily.

New variants while international travel was banned allows us to track spread. Eg South Africa, current numbers of Delta variant shouldn't be high. When travel is banned: countries like US had high Delta N0s. It's no hard torack which Americans traveled to an African country
