Action. Justice. Change.

This is a local problem not a fedral problem. DC was not a federal employee, so figure it out close to home. You think the inaction at a local level is bad, yet you expect Washington to resolve your issue with inane rules and laws?

If only democrats were in power.

That “cycle of inaction” also seems identical to how legislatures at all levels operate. Don’t anyone hold their breaths waiting for the US Congress to fix anything. 🙄

This is sad. Starting now, all new police hires should have at least a two-year degree, maybe majoring in social work or psychology.

Exactly correct. The problem of inappropriate police violence is restricted to a very few (often) repeat offenders on the force. There are endless excuses and roadblocks to dealing with these few officers.

There's often also police riots toward the protesters, white conservative idolatry that accompanies dismissiveness based on the idea of the so-called 'thin blue line' and those deemed as lesser and deserve what had happened based on their class/race/origin. Then nothing happens.

Yeah.... good luck with that.

The apathy of the administration.

NPR Cookie Consent and ChoicesIMO If Britney Spears was a man this would not be happening. There was a reason, but the court system shouldn't allow you to prey on the weak. Follow the money Watched the documentary right now. She was exceptionally nice and most people around her including 'journalists' were awful and creepy.
