This....is not good.

This is good because a lot of extremists on the right will be getting that label soon

Not at all surprising…more shielding of big business over the populous by the supremes…More surprised the ruling wasn’t followed by a statement for everyone “to just eat cake”…

I am only gonna say this once in my life, I hope. Justice Thomas is right.

fk yall

Seems like this court is not great at helping struggling people but really loves to help mega corporations that don’t even need it. Wish there was a political party that cared enough to do something about it.

You know who to thank America!

We, the people, have no chance.

Bankrupt MAGA supporters... exposeHATE4PROFIT time to DefundFASCISTS and ALL who support them. Accountability is key in 2021!! Competence is essential in 2022!!!

Thank god for scotus protecting TransUnion and our vulnerable credit bureaus - it could have been inconvenient for them to be held accountable for their actions!

Bullsh.

So once again, big corp, wall street and those who have it all can screw over the population and walk away unscathed. This is wrong on every level as any company that falsely destroy a persons life and lively hood should be held accountable and responsible for the damages.

😡😡😡😡

This outrageous

Shades of McCarthyism!

absurd. bad credit info is common, but is never unavoidable. it is also due to laziness and stupidity.

Congress can't create torts now?! And that's not judicial activism? It follow that if Congress can't create torts for credit bureaus they also can't create immunity protecting credit bureaus from state defamation suits, right?

NPR Cookie Consent and ChoicesNo...they actually have no idea what CRT is or they wouldn't be banning it in K-12 education bc it isn't even taught there. We all know Marge Greene, Bimbo Boebert, & Matt 'Alledged Sex Trafficker' Gaetz have no ability to understand the theory (or much of anything really). Really? This is another distraction in republican crazy making.
