Those employees would be banned on social media if their reasons for not taking the vaccine were publicized. Truth!
One would think that every single employee of every single hospital in America would be compelled to be vaccinated. Oh, do they think that some god will protect them? Because that's ignorant.
As fAr as I am concerned it’s just another vaccination that you need for employment like tetanus polio whooping cough etc Get it or look for a new place of employment

I must say that this is a post where I have seen so much positive support for the employer. A hospital who cares for patients and should take every reasonable step to ensure that this desease ceases to exist. Protecting our patients is a must and if they disagree, goodbye!!
My hospital gives you the option for the covid vaccine and annual flu shot. If you opt out you have to wear an N95 when going into patient rooms and a procedure mask all day when not in patient rooms. It's been that way for year for the flu shot.

I don’t understand the employees not wanting the vaccine. I was a nurse at a hospital that required all employees to get the flu shot every year, and everyone did. It’s for the protection of the patients as well as the employees.
Fire them and place them on a do not hire blacklist.
