RIP the lunch business at my restaurant, a once busy time where on days it was hard to get a table, we're lucky to see 25% capacity at any point.

Meh nothing like obliterating the work home boundaries and allowing all the work drama to enter your home like a vampire. Nah bring back in person people will regret it long term combo of blurred boundaries and going stir crazy
Remote & hybrid work is just as effective &often more productive than in person. There are core best practices to facilitate it. I've been helping orgs w remote work for 20 years & now it's easier as tech is better. Knowledge workers rarely need in person work if ever.
It doesn't seem like it's really going to be up to companies to decide this anymore.
Getting up at 6am to be there at 8 all fancy is complete bs. For who?! At least if you're not a customer facing business sweatpants, full length Pajamas, and or shorts should be allowed. Bring in the Japanese nap time too.
