My job requires a lot of writing, and my focus is better at home. I'm so much more productive without my commute.

If the work is still getting done, why not? It’s nice though, to have the option, not everyone wants to work from home.

If I have to start wearing hard pants again, it's time to burn it all down.

Think of how much $$ companies can save by having less office space. My son just hired 15 people and no room in the office for old and new.

The real estate industry will have to cut its losses. It's cheaper to have employees stay home. Less fixed overhead (rent, utilities, etc). Eliminating those costs will free up money for other uses.
