About time! Totally unacceptable! I've worked for the state government for nearly twenty years and I've had to account everything, keep all invoices, etc. to the penny and my annual budget is only a few thousand dollars! Good grief!

That’s because the Pentagon has no oversight. The military can do whatever it wants however it wants whenever he wants with as much as it wants. When I was in the army, they told us repeatedly to waste supplies so that the budget for the following year would be increased.
