I really thought this was the onion

Seriously, I wish we had problems like that.

KrissyBeal

Who tf read this?

How aboot 9 seconds in the microwave, eh?

You can put lipstick on a non binary steer but it's never going to produce soft butter.

I thought this was an TheOnion post at first. It’s as funny as one

Ah, Canada. A country so tranquil that this is news. 🇨🇦

Palm oil production is destroying the last remaining rainforest. Please get it out of our Canadian butter!

Total crap been using butter my whole life spreads about the same as it did 50 years ago!

They feed the animals what's necessary to achieve fattier milk instead of what's needed for the animals' health and now their products suck. Shocking development from such a humane industry. 🙄 They'd feed them battery acid if it increased profits.

Canada's problems are better.

Switch to vegan butter. Its just as delicious and doesn't hurt animals.

Such a relief to read about problems with butter instead of a psycho prez who sold us out

All the crap going on and now we can't even depend on our food staying the same without being altered on a fundamental level.

Never change, Canada

see, we have important things to deal with in canada.

Did any person commenting on this actually read the story? Lol

Just warm it up

canada, people are dying

Use Becel . Better than butter. Delicious.

Revolting tit suckers how about they wean the tiff breastmilk and seek medical help for their fetish for killing baby animals 😡

I like this. People investigated instead of accepting what businesses told them. We need to learn from their approach. We need to be more willing to hold businesses and politicians accountable for what they say, but do so based on research.

Canadians call it 'buttergate' they're so pissed off about it

Sticking with the hard hitting stuff huh?

MiyokosCreamery is the best butter/ vegan butter hands down. Even my cats are addicted to it. coconutoil

Meanwhile in the US, we have insurrectionists

First world problems

This crap is old. You have posted it since last week.

How many times you want to post this?

Need a zinger from marknorm for this one

Neither is my wife!

At first I thought this was an article from TheBabylonBee , then I was drawn in by the intense story line. Now, after the article is finished, I must test these findings by seeing if my butter melts at 86° like it does in the past, or higher like they allegedly claim.

Can’t they just leave the butter out on the counter?

Canada, I envy you. It would be refreshing that spreading butter is country’s big concern. Your USA neighbors are in recovery from 5 years of hell. Missed seeing Canadian snow birds. Lovely friends.

First fucking world problems

Are fridges doing a better job these days by making butter colder?

Not factual. Canadian butter is just fine.

They have to do something with all those byproducts of making oil from tar sands.

Must be nice to worry about butter instead of 500000 dead, no universal healthcare, a failing economy, kiddie prison camps, and corporatists letting the people starve & freeze to death.

What are they feeding the cows?

Oh, the trials and tribulations...

Communication issue. Someone talked about needing to stop the spread, and it was misunderstood.

Sounds as serious as the frmr *pOTUS fixating on shower head water delivery in the midst of a pandemic.....repeatedly.

I thought this was a post from TheOnion 😅

DanielaEspo not the butter!

Canadian butter enthusiast here. AMA.

Who cares

Damn. Things must be good in Canada.

Butter won’t spread easily when you live in an igloo

This is the shit Canadians have to worry about, it just doesn’t seem fair.

In Canada? Barely-spreadable 🧈is a [First World] problem in the Lower Fifty too. 😎

not as easy as your mom.

Hard butter? That’s sounds like a sexual euphemism.

The Milkadamia spreads right out of the fridge. I love it. And it doesn't taste weird like some other vegan brands. Closest thing to butter I've tried. And they don't support destroying rainforests & killing orangutans for Palm Oil.

It's true! Why won't it soften? 😭😹

Fuck you, buy a butter dish. -Luis Prada, 2015.

You'll be in our thoughts.

Fix your headlines. Just made a country look completely moronic and butter isn't even the main issue.

ReparSandra If it tastes like butter and spreads straight from the fridge, you've got a power out.

You have too much Banana bread and not enough butter 😳

Anxious cows. The stress is getting to everyone.

Microwave it then or just get over it who the hell cares

It’s true, it doesn’t pool anymore when I have it next to the stove all day

I am in SoCal. I recently switched from Land O Lakes to a store brand. The store brand spreads much easier when removed from the cold of the refrigerator. At room temp it is melty smooth while th L O L is stiff.

In the long and glorious history of Canada, it would appear this bulwark of modern civilization may at last be doomed. How will Canadians survive HARD BUTTER? Flustered indeed! Stand on guard, true patriot sons and daughters! Hard butter today, totalitarianism tomorrow!

I was 33 years old when I learned Country Crock isn't/wasn't real butter. I mean, it's real; it's not imaginary. But it's not butter-butter. My mind was blown.

Well, harvest season wasn’t great. So you see an increase of diet change in cattle. And then you see diet substitutions like palm leaf meal or canola grain added to feed. That’s the likely source. Palm and canola are used heavily in the production of margarine/spreads as well.

It’s called Covid butter. Better get used to it, there is no going back.

Just another story trying to churn somthing into a problem that dosent exist.

Yes, we’re a wee bit put oot.

I thought this was an article from TheOnion

Leave the butter dish out on the counter.

The bigger story is the deliberate burning of Amazin rainforests so they can plant Palm for its oil

First the snow in Texas and now the butter in Canada. Hopefully my brain stops melting next

Canada’s equivalent of first world problems. I ❤️ Canada!

I keep forgetting that country exists...

Very true. Over six hours and butter wasn’t spreadable. Does not met well either

If true, pretty serious.

BREAKING! Anteefuh and the 'radical' left have infiltrated Canadian butter!

Someone had their palm greased. ButterGate

I am finding my old lady dont spread as easily as she once did, i knew there was a reason.

Oh, Canada.

It’s false. There’s nothing wrong with the butter. It’s made up.

I am finding my old lady dont spread her legs as easily as she once did, i knew there was a reason.

I went down there once and couldnt understand what they were saying cuz they speak Canadian... strange place... no guns!

Global warming for sure.

No. Firm butter is not your story.

Meanwhile in 🇺🇸 we're dealing with the insurrectionists gathering in Florida to plan the next insurrection. CPAC. I'd rather deal with the unspreadable butter problem.

I can solve this. I own a farm on the border and I feed my dairy cattle nothing but butter from other cows. We believe this creates double butter

too many curlers getting agricultural jobs

F’d up

good luck

The crises they have in Canada...

I am finding the same problem here in the US.

They should switch to vegan alternatives
