I don't have a problem with an individual knowing that they weren't the gender they were assigned to at birth. However, you can't have no gender at all. I'll call you a 'They' or a 'Them' if I don't know if you're a male or a female at first, or if you're just smooth down there.
Gender dysphoria is a mental illness. Of course they deserve compassion and care, but they are harmed by pretending anything else. Young children are now undergoing permanent damaging treatment because of this madness.

I did my research in kindergarten, I was taught boy or girl. I did more research in 2nd grade English, boy=him girl=she. I got my masters in 10th grade anatomy/physiology, where we studied 2 sexes: male & female. This made up shit was not studied because it doesnt exist.
