I think this is going to make ppl more careless regarding sex. Make ppl less likely to disclose they hv it to their partner then putting the blame on them if they contract it. Like they should’ve gotten the preventative med. just my opinion.

Seems to me someone might be planning to run for President at some point

This seem indulgent of lust over health. With funds running out everywhere sexual activities just seem extravagant. When hundreds are dying from lack of affording some type of medication!
