Got to be a better way to present this. Does increase 3P/B = pack/day smoking after 29yrs? This assume that smoker isn't breathing increased ozone? Does it mean 1yr breathing the 3P/=1yr pack/day smoking? Does 1P/B increase =1/3 pack per day. How significant is 29yr figure?
