I thought text messages could easily be reprinted by the cell phone company. The victim claimed he lost his phone as well as deleted texts re (I guess) his alleged groping by Spacey. He invoked the 5th after he was asked if he knew tampering w/ evidence (text msgs) was a crime.
Why would the victim plead the 5th?
