That was a no brainer for any law student.

CNN's Fareed Zakaria: 'It pains me to say this, but he [President Trump] is right; the United States faces a crisis with its asylum system.' 'The asylum rules are vague, lax & being gamed. The criteria for asylum needs to be rewritten & tightened.'

What took so long though

Now do something about it!

This federal judge needs to be exposed!

CONCENTRATION CAMPS ARE ILLEGAL TOO.

Switch gears and send them home

So? Kick it to the SCOTUS. Not done yet is it?

The racist Republican Party will be enraged

Yes!!!!

This sane decision is sure to be overturned by our broken Supreme Court.

Trump playbook: Lie, blame Obama, blame Democrats, lie some more, talk to state media and have them blame Democrats, have advisors lie, take credit for phony victories, lie some more, name call, blather on about nothing and lie, tweet tweet tweet tweet tweet tweet tweet tweet!!!!

Yet carter did it? Hypocrisy at its best.

I support the courts decision. Well I guess there needs to be some legislative decisions made. Or send them home. Government needs to quit playing politics and do their job.

Send em back

Spending 4.5 billion dollars of American dollars

I thought they were free to go, right?

Deloitte is profiting from these concentration camps. Deloitte pays NPR for ad airtime.

If the criminal invaders don't like the conditions in the detention centers, they can go home.

woohoo if the cheeto doesn't let them all out today, Impeach on that! Uphold it baby!

Glad to hear someone finally enforcing the rule of law.

And what does he suggest we do with them? You can't let them roam free.

So send them back to their country of origin.

All the time, effort, divisiveness, funds, resources, going into tracking and caring for illegals... while we have our own problems?! buildthewall

There are approximately, on avg, eight and one half immigration judges per state. Some of that money should be used to hire more judges, ie ny, where an adjourn date today puts your case on the calendar in 2023. Or streamline by video. TRY ANYTHING

So the Left pushes for their immediate release. Away from shelter, food and water. In a trade for being completely homeless, and without food water or money. In a country they don’t know. To never be seen again. liblogic

Who now has authority to shut down the concentration camps?

Guess if the system can't handle it we need to send them back. Sorry no vacancy.

So the fuck what? Trump will ignore it, SpeakerPelosi will stand in the way of any action like a Sherman tank, and this will be normalized.

Someone has some sense

Then send them home

Ok, so send them to the judges house to stay I guess...ridiculous

Now let’s build some fancy new detention centers and show them how much we can REALLY lavish on people who think an American Passport is a joke when you travel to THEIR country👍 Come on people! Don’t you know we are violating their rights?!?🤣

Wrong send them home to wait .

The $500k fine announced yesterday will not stand up in court either.

They could always go back to their home countries.

Terrified that this won’t survive an appeal to the Supreme Court.

Good, don't hold them in custody, send them back to Mexico and have them wait there!

'But they're not citizens so they don't fall under our consultation so we can treat them however we want, cause we're America and we're the good guys.' 😒

Can’t wait for the trials at The Hague

The sad news is that a judge has to declare it—-inhumane is inhumane

Asylum, in international law, the protection granted by a state to a foreign citizen against his own state. The person for whom asylum is established has no legal right to demand it, and the sheltering state has no obligation to grant it.

This asministrstion’s ignorance is making this budget quadrupled. How many times they have spent planning and implementing something that has had to be reversed? Waste of resources for not doing things right the first time.

Did the judge ask them or is s/he making decisions for others again? If faced with being release back to from whence they came, they may chose to stay in holding for a chance at USA.

Someone at least knows what they are doing!!!!

Once again, the courts have to intervene and put the toddler in chief back in his crib. Someone please remind the administration and Republicans in general that cruelty isn’t supposed to be a normal feeling of theirs. BeBetter

They can stay at the home of the liberal judge who made the ruling!🤷‍♂️

Good. They should be allowed to sue the administration for keeping them locked up.

Trump admin will likely just ignore the court order

Why even process them? Just detain them for breaking in and then when they are released, they are finger printed and blackballed from entry ever again

Send them back to their original country!!! You're ILLEGAL to be here!!

Send them back and blackball them from entry ever again

Now comes corrupt SCOTUS.

GOOD Now give them all asylum applications and have them processed. And while you're at it get them lawyers so they can Sue the trump administration for crimes against humanity
