Larkspur Capital’s new community would replace an almost half-century-old big box retail store on the site. “We believe that the big box retail currently on the property is ripe for redevelopment given the surrounding beautiful neighborhoods and interesting natural topography, proximity to White Rock Lake and direct link into the central business district via Garland Road,” Anderson said.
