President Joe Biden speaks during the United We Stand Summit in the East Room of the White House in Washington, Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022. The summit is aimed at combating a spate of hate-fueled violence in the U.S., as he works to deliver on his campaign pledge to "heal the soul of the nation.
“We’re honoring Uniters — 21 fellow Americans, pastors, rabbis, imams, building relationships across faiths,” Biden said during his keynote speech Thursday afternoon. “Police officers educating fellow law enforcement officers, middle school students mobilizing their communities.” “Enough,” he said. “We need to say clearly, unfortunately, that white supremacy and all forms of hate fueled by violence have no place in America. Failure to call it out is complicity.”
Officials in Biden’s cabinet, including Domestic Policy Council Director Susan Rice, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, were also in attendance Thursday. Garland and Mayorkas used the summit to announce new priorities and funding to combat hate-fueled violence.
Well Bob … You backed the wrong horse.. You with Mr. hate spreader himself !!
You would think more pastors would've shown up. It speaks volumes about them.
This is the same Biden who just called 1/3 of Americans Fascists, the same Biden who'se outrageous inflation heaps daily pay decreases and reductions in quality of life, the same Biden who does nothing to reduce the crime turning parts of the US into war zones & drug infestation
How ironic considering Biden's record of racism & hypocritical statements that the right threatens democracy. What's the moral difference between the blurred lines of any form of totalitarianism? Trump's alleged semi-Fascism or Biden's newfound love of socialism?
