North Korea launched two suspected cruise missiles, South Korea’s military said, in what would be the Kim Jong Un regime’s fifth weapons test of the month

Such launches aren’t covered by U.N. resolutions that govern Pyongyang’s weapons activity. Kim Jong Un regime previously conducted four ballistic-missile tests this month.
