Ohio State Highway Patrol said at 1:11 a.m. a trooper was pulled over in the far right lane and the North Coast Emergency Services vehicle was parked behind the trooper’s patrol car.
At 1:16 a.m., a 31-year-old Shaker Heights woman driving a Chevrolet Trax at a high rate of speed in the far right lane, rear-ended the parked North Coast Emergency Services vehicle, said troopers.Jones was treated at the scene for minor injuries and arrested for OVI.
