A solemn evening with prayers, the playing of bagpipes and a 21-gun salute paid tribute to those who died about a year ago in theAt least 100 family, friends and members of the public gathered Thursday night, Aug. 25, at the George Ingalls Veterans Memorial Plaza in Norco to remember the 13 U.S. service members in a town that one of them called home.
