That could be fixed & followed up on easily. Contact 26,000 who didn’t vote for Senate (bc in bottom corner), yet voted for everything else. Public shouldn’t suffer from a bad ballot design. Last Tues I almost missed 3 initiatives bc on back of ballot. Ballots should be clear.
Putting federal positions on the left side of the ballot, state positions in the middle of the ballot, and local positions on the right side of the ballot is NOT an “odd layout.”
