As per Shudder, Arcadian now has a streaming release date. It will be released to the service starting on July 12. Shudder made this announcement in conjunction with announcing other films on their July slate. Said films include other movies starring Cage, including Bangkok Dangerous, Sympathy for the Devil, A Score to Settle, Mandy, Prisoners of the Ghostland, and Color Out of Space, all of which will be available on the streaming platform starting in July.
Though the actor has gone up and down in terms of the quality of his career overall, 2024 is proving to be a solid year for Cage. For one, his performance in Arcadian was well-received, helping lead the film to critical success. Still to come this year is Longlegs, a horror film where Cage plays a serial killer. Cage's performance in Longlegs has been widely praised, with fellow horror producers touting how transformative Cage is in the role.
