Wow! It's just ridiculous that the most important advice is missing! This: Take the responsibility & make the most difficult effort of all - to do what really depends on you only & helps you the most, forever - get immune!

This is what the end of honest communication looks like. Watch every word, suspect every glance, monitor your friends and associates. Report all to your local speech monitor. Always check what words you use and sanitize any thoughts you have. Welcome all but the truth.
