Calif. governor signs law to limit police shootingCalifornia Gov. Gavin Newsom signs measure aimed at deterring shootings by police. It was spurred by last year's fatal shooting of Stephon Clark, whose death sparked major protests in the state capital. Maybe they could just put gun wielding criminals in time out, or worse, make them go pick their own switch? Of course that would fall under abuse, so that won't work. Hmmm.... Any ideas? Stephon Clark was a criminal who attempted to break into someone’s house &many vehicles. He had a long rap sheet. Which included domestic violence. The officers were right in their judgment. GavinNewsom is saying FK YOU to our law enforcement and once again welcoming cop killers. bet it doesn’t apply to his fully armed 24-7-365 security team
