Meanwhile detention centers are full of people who don't have proper water sources or can shower regularly. Separated from their families. Hope this first world problem was not too painful for them. I only worry about the fragile health folks and their care.

Either the journalist missed some key points of this miraculous death rate drop or they purposefully wrote a manipulative propaganda piece to mislead the public about the power of medicine.
