At the time of the shooting, Parker already was out on bail on an unrelated murder charge. In that case, he stands accused of shooting 18-year-old Isaiah Dickerson to death in a pool party on Dawes Road.with shooting into a home on Greenwood Avenue. A judge revoked his bond as a result. He was scheduled to have a hearing Tuesday on a request to reinstate the bond, but the District Court judge no longer has jurisdiction now that he has been indicted.
