The NYPD is looking to locate and identify this individual who's wanted for questioning in regard to the suspicious items inside the Fulton Street subway station Friday morning in Lower Manhattan.A passenger reported the two cookers in the Fulton Street station to police at about 7 a.m. Friday, police said. The NYPD had advised people to avoid the station and the surrounding area, but by about 8:20 a.m.

I have three pressure cookers, two at home, one at the lake. I use them several times a week. I did NOT know they were contraband. I make deadly ribs, chicken and corn on the cob.

Other sources report he is a homeless person with mental health issues who scavenges the streets and found these three rice cookers discarded in front of a sushi restaurant and may have left them in different places for delusional reasons
