I have seen several cars in Utah this week with New York license plates. Now New York wants to quarantine visitors from Utah. Does that include New Yorkers who visited Utah (possible spreaders) or just Utahns visiting New York?
Im seeing the abolish/defund the police folks seem to be fine with the cops (including the NYPD) potentially having free reign to stop and harass minorities driving with licence plates from said states under the guise of screening. Does nobody have principles anymore?

NE states were mocked due to COVID-19 and now look. Red state outbreaks were so predictable and yet still refuse to follow what works as demonstrated.
High Infection States: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, Utah and Texas This is a wise decision as each state is handling the pandemic differently, but this decision also may be problematic for interstate commerce. I see potential lawsuits.
