I used to openly criticize gerrymandering. But, I've come to learn that it is so subjective. Ppl draw districts based on what they believe should be the organizational division of populations - be it party identity, race, income, etc. If you don't like it, it's 'gerrymandering.'
If congressional districts were determined by county lines this gerrymandering nonsence would end.
