Orchard Park, N.Y. — There's something comforting to Bills fans when they see number 17 throwing passes.
Josh Allen was doing just that on Tuesday as the offseason work began — but that's not what fans are worried about for this season. They're more concerned about who's going to be there to catch Allen's passes.Tuesday was the first day of OTAs in Orchard Park, and it felt a bit like the first day of school.
