The company reports no serious side-effects; however, modest side-effects included redness at the injection site, headache, fever and flu-like symptoms, although none of these lasted more than a day. In addition to safety, the company also looked at the vaccine's ability to induce antibodies to the coronarvirus — what's known as its immunogenicity. It did, for all subjects at all dose levels. In addition, eight of the subjects were tested for the presence of neutralizing antibodies that prevent the virus from infecting cells in the laboratory. All eight did.
45 people in the study, divided into 3 groups which received different doses. All had 1 booster after 1 month. All 45 had antibodies for the corona virus. 8 were tested and found to have neutralizing antibodies, which prevent the corona virus from infecting cells in lab tests.

It is still not known if it can cause a nasty, too strong immune response in people yet, so be patient. People die from COVID19 because they get too strong an immune inflammatory response in their lungs. There will be many other vaccines too.
