May is Asian American , Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and News 8 is highlighting someone who covers stories related to that community all year long. Bishnu Hari Ghimire was once a journalist in Nepal . He now serves others from his homeland who are living in the Susquehanna Valley.One of the stories he's working on is about a dance instructor who is well-known in Nepal but is in Lancaster to share her passion with a new generation.
He hopes to unite them. 'You need to keep your culture also. If not, then your identity is gone.
