The man at the center of a continuing 2News Investigation accused of terrorizing a Salt Lake City neighborhood for years, who has been in jail for more than fou

r months wrote a letter from behind bars that is now being called into question about its intended recipient.

The same Shaun Bailey who called 911 pleading for help after Raffoul went off the rails screaming, he was going to kill his neighbors. Sean Hannon, a KUTV employee who lives directly across the street from Raffoul and next door to Shaun Bailey does. And he and his wife Cheryl are Raffoul’s victims. Stalking injunctions are in effect for the Hannon’s.

The letter also says, “Please help !!! My parents are really hurting I just wanted them to move out of Utah and enjoy there old age more now I’m in jail.” He wrote, "I was informed that the State of Utah will send a doctor to test Maurice. We do not want your hands involved in this process."He further wrote, "It was a huge mistake hiring you. Very huge mistake."
