The Spurs have sent general manager Brian Wright and senior manager of basketball strategy and legal affair Brandon Leibsohn to represent the franchise as it hopes to win the No. 1 overall pick for the second straight year. They have a 0.6% chance of ending up with the ninth overall pick, which would be the worst lottery outcome. The Spurs will also receive Toronto's 2024 first-round pick if it is outside the top six.
