FILE - In this Friday, July 30, 2004 file photo, the U.S.S. Virginia returns to the Electric Boat Shipyard in Groton Conn., after its first sea trials. A Navy nuclear engineer with access to military secrets has been charged with trying to pass information about the design of American nuclear-powered submarines to someone he thought was a representative of a foreign government but who turned out to be an undercover FBI agent, the Justice Department said Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021.
In a criminal complaint detailing espionage-related charges against Jonathan Toebbe, the government said he sold information for nearly the past year to a contact he believed represented a foreign power. That country was not named in the court documents. Authorities say he also provided instructions for how to continue to the furtive relationship, with a letter that said: “I apologize for this poor translation into your language. Please forward this letter to your military intelligence agency. I believe this information will be of great value to your nation. This is not a hoax.”
AGAIN - the USA is a Victim of Abuse!!! Sold Out by Idiots who r supposed to b Loyal to her!!!
Smh 🤦♀️ our enemies will pounce on us. Greed has sold us out‼️
The fact that the country is unnamed and they turned them over to the FBI is a good indicator they’re a US ally, definitely not Russia or China they would be sure to let us know if it was. My money is on an ally country who already has the info anyway’s through spying or trade
What wrong with these people?
No worse than what Kushner did and there he is walking free
So treason right?
Shame he didn't succeed. o7 comrade.
Oh no
That’s frowned upon
But when you’re president, they let you do it.
