A Bergen County man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child multiple times and making hidden video recordings, authorities said Thursday.
Braulio F. Toral, 52, of Hackensack, faces second-degree counts of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child., third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact and invasion of privacy and two counts of criminal sexual contact, according to the Bergen County Prosector’s Office. Authorities received a complaint Monday about an invasion of privacy and investigators discovered Toral had made numerous recordings and sexually assaulted a child multiple times starting with the child was under the age of 13, the prosecutor’s office said.
