Investing in good thermals is also key to feeling able to brave the outdoors!I make sure that I spend my lunch break away from the laptop, or any other screen.
Having a strict ‘finish time’ in place helps my productivity during the day and means I procrastinate less, which helps me feel more balanced and invigorated.
